Pasadena Townhome kitchen remodel. Originally there was a fluorescent light box in the middle of the ceiling. For this project framing for that box was removed and ceiling was raised 6 to allow for taller cabinets & more storage. Even though a condo with bedroom upstairs, designer determined this was possible. All fixtures are in original locations.

Pasadena Showcase 2009 Dignitary's Retreat Bedroom - you may notice we designed and added a wall placed about 5' in front of the bathroom entrance for the bed to be placed since there were no large enough walls for a king bed to be anchored in the room. This created a small hallway of sorts between the bedroom and bath entrance allowing more privacy to the bath.
